Our cost-plus approach gives you a clear view of construction costs and all related fees. We believe you should know where your money goes, with project costs available for your review.
We review trade proposals carefully, comparing scope, quality, and pricing. Our long-standing relationships with trusted subcontractors help us maintain competitive pricing without compromising workmanship.
We carefully review architectural and engineering plans before breaking ground, looking for conflicts, missing details, and opportunities to improve construction efficiency.
We closely monitor workmanship throughout construction, with our own quality checkpoints alongside required municipal inspections and additional third-party inspections. We work to identify and correct issues early, including the details that will eventually be hidden behind walls and finishes.
We work with experienced trade partners who understand our expectations. We hold them accountable for workmanship, jobsite organization, and attention to detail throughout the project.
Our leadership stays involved throughout construction. You’ll have direct communication with our team and access to your project’s costs, construction schedule, and weekly progress updates through your client portal.
We complete a final walkthrough and address outstanding items before closing out construction. After move-in, our team remains available to receive warranty concerns, evaluate issues, and coordinate the appropriate next steps.
Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and Arcadia each come with different permitting requirements, review processes, and inspection procedures.
Our experience working with local municipalities, inspectors, and plan reviewers helps us anticipate challenges and avoid unnecessary delays. We plan accordingly to keep projects moving as efficiently as possible.
