1-Year Coverage

Ella Lee Homes provides a one-year warranty for your home’s interior finishes and workmanship. These items address defects in materials or installation quality.

Covered: Foundation and framing defects caused by construction — repairs address any issue affecting your home’s stability or safety.

Covered: Workmanship cracks or loose installation. Everyday wear or staining is excluded.

Covered: Alignment issues, loose hinges, or hardware problems caused by installation defects.

Covered: Operation or finish defects in fixtures or appliances installed by ELH. Manufacturer warranties may also apply.

2-Year Coverage

For two years from your closing date, Ella Lee Homes covers your home’s critical structural elements and systems. Click any item below for details.

Covered: Foundation and framing defects caused by construction — repairs address any issue affecting your home’s stability or safety.

Covered: Installation defects that lead to leaks. Weather damage is excluded.

Covered: Major cracks beyond normal hairlines and workmanship defects in exterior finishes.

Covered: Leaks or installation defects in lines, drains, and connections installed by ELH.

Covered: Failures of electrical wiring, outlets, or switches due to workmanship issues.

Covered: Equipment or control malfunctions due to installation issues. Regular maintenance is homeowner responsibility.

Short-Term Items

Certain exterior or landscape features have limited short-term coverage following installation. These cover immediate issues or failures within the listed time period.
Covered: Installation defects and immediate system failures within 90 days of installation. Regular seasonal maintenance is homeowner responsibility.
Covered: Replacement of plants that fail within 30 days due to installation issues. Routine care and watering are homeowner responsibilities.

If you notice an issue, let us know! Contact our warranty service team by phone or email (warranty@Ellaleehomes.com), We’ll gather details about the problem and get your request logged.

Schedule & Inspect – Scheduling & Inspection

Our team will promptly review your request and reach out to schedule an inspection or service appointment. A qualified ELH representative or trade partner will visit your home to assess the issue and determine the appropriate fix.

Repair & Resolve – Repair & Resolution

If the item is covered under The ELH Promise, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you. Our professionals will address the problem efficiently, and we will communicate with you throughout the process so you know what to expect.

We can provide service faster and more accurately if we have all the necessary information with your request,

please include the following:

  • Your name, address, and the phone numbers where you can be reached during business hours.
  • complete description of the problem and location, for example, “guest bath—cold water line leaks under sink” (rather than “plumbing problem.”)
  • information about your availability or the best days or Times to reach you. With preferred phone number.

Each appliance have a serial number sticker inside it. Copy the number and go online to register your in the appliance company website. You can also reach out to our appliance vendor and they can help you register your appliances.

We recommend keeping a list of all the appliances serial number and model for fast access in case you ever need to submit them for repairs beyond the builder or manufacture warranty period.

Its always better to email for warranty, this way we have all the information written and it help streamline the repair process.
