Our commitment continues after move-in.
Handing over the keys is not the end of the job. Every Ella Lee home goes through a thorough final walkthrough and punch-list process before you move in, and is covered by one-year and two-year warranty coverage afterward, plus a few short-term items. We are available long after move-in day.
We walk the finished home with you room by room and write down everything that needs attention: a paint touch-up, a door that needs adjusting, a fixture that is not sitting right. That list is the punch list, and we work through it with you until it is complete.
Ella Lee Homes provides a one-year warranty for your home’s interior finishes and workmanship. These items address defects in materials or installation quality.
For two years from your closing date, Ella Lee Homes covers your home’s critical structural elements and systems.
Certain exterior or landscape features have limited short-term coverage following installation. These cover immediate issues or failures within the listed time period.
Appliances, mechanical systems, roofing, windows, and similar products carry their own manufacturer warranties, which run for their own terms and are registered in your name. Your project documents include the paperwork and registration details for each.
