These Terms of Use apply to ellaleehomes.com (the “site”), operated by Ella Lee Homes LLC (“Ella Lee Homes”, “we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Using the site

You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes, and not to interfere with its security or operation. You must be at least 18 years old to submit a form.

2. Information only, not an offer

The site provides general information about Ella Lee Homes. Nothing on the site is a bid, quote, estimate, offer, or contract.

Any home we build is governed only by a written construction agreement signed by you and Ella Lee Homes.
Any purchase of a home or lot is governed only by a written purchase agreement signed by both sides. Nothing on the site is an offer to buy.
Timelines on the site are typical ranges, not commitments. Each project has its own schedule.
Costs depend on the lot, the plans, and the selections for each home.

3. Photos, project details, and home values

Photos and project details show Ella Lee Homes projects, completed and under construction, and our team at work. They are shared as examples. Finishes, features, and results vary from home to home.

Home values shown on the site are the value of the finished home, including the land. They are not construction costs, and they are not a prediction of what any future home will cost or be worth.

4. Reviews

Reviews shown on the site come from Google and reflect the opinions of the people who wrote them.

5. Ownership of content and copyright

Without our written permission, you may not:

copy, download, reproduce, or republish any photo, video, or text from the site, in whole or in part;
use our photos or project details in listings, advertising, portfolios, or social media, or present them as the work of anyone else;
use our name or logo in a way that suggests we endorse you or work with you;
copy the site with automated tools, frame it inside another site, or use its content to train software.

6. What you send us

When you send us a message or other content, you confirm it is accurate and yours to share, and you allow us to use it to respond to you and serve you.
