It started
with Ella.
Ella Lee Homes was born from a simple, heartfelt promise: to build something that would stand the test of time for our daughter, Ella, and the generations that follow. What began as a dream for our own family grew into a mission to create lasting homes for others. Every home we build carries that same devotion. A foundation of love, care, and legacy designed to nurture life’s most meaningful moments.

We build custom homes throughout Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, and Phoenix’s Arcadia neighborhood. Many of our projects begin with the demolition of an existing home, making way for something entirely new.
Whether you’re still working through the design with your architect or already have plans in hand, we work closely with you to bring your vision to life.
Our experience with local municipalities and long-standing relationships with trusted trade partners help us navigate construction efficiently. We focus on exceptional craftsmanship while respecting your budget and timeline. Construction typically takes around 11 months, depending on the home’s size, complexity, and location.
How We Work
We believe building a home should be collaborative and transparent, from the first conversation to the day you move in.
We start by understanding your vision, priorities, and budget. Working alongside your architect, designers, and our trusted trade partners, we plan each stage carefully to keep the project organized and moving forward.
We build on a cost-plus basis, giving you a clear view of what your home actually costs. Through your client portal, you can follow the budget, construction schedule, and weekly progress updates throughout the build.
With hands-on involvement from our leadership team, we stay close to the details, communicate openly, and work to address challenges before they become larger issues.
Our goal is simple: to make the building experience as rewarding as the home itself.

We believe building something meaningful goes beyond the homes we create. That’s why we dedicate at least 10% of our annual profits to nonprofit organizations, supporting people and communities both locally and around the world.
