Your client portal

Buildertrend is the secure portal where your project lives: schedules, photos and weekly updates, selections and approvals, documents, and direct messaging with the Ella Lee team. Your manuals, warranty paperwork, and product registrations are filed there too. Log in from the client portal page.

Warranty and service

Your home carries one-year and two-year warranty coverage, and your appliances and systems carry their own manufacturer terms. What is covered and how to make a request is set out on the warranty page.

Seasonal care in the desert

Arizona is hard on a building in specific, predictable ways: intense sun, a wide daily temperature swing, very dry air, and a monsoon season that arrives all at once. A few habits cover most of it.

• Before summer. Have the cooling system serviced, and change filters on the schedule the manufacturer sets, more often in dusty conditions.
• After monsoon. Walk the roof line, scuppers, and drains and clear what the storms moved. Check that water still runs away from the foundation.
• Twice a year. Look over exterior caulk, grout, and sealed stone. Dry air and movement open small gaps, and sealing them early is far cheaper than the repair that follows.
• Through the year. Watch irrigation for leaks and broken emitters, and keep planting and drip lines away from the foundation and stucco.
• First year. Expect fine drywall cracks and small gaps at trim as the house settles. This is normal, and it is worth waiting out the first year before patching.

Manuals and registrations

Manufacturer instructions govern the care of each product, and following them is usually what keeps the manufacturer warranty valid. Your copies are in the portal; we can send replacements if you cannot find them.
