Ella Lee Homes is ROC-licensed (KB2-333410), works directly with you with no hand-offs, and builds in Paradise Valley, Scottsdale, Arcadia, and Phoenix.
As involved as you’d like. You work directly with the Ella Lee team throughout, with weekly progress updates. Our Buildertrend client portal gives you schedules, photos and weekly updates, approvals, and direct messaging in one place.
Buildertrend is the secure online portal where current clients track their project: schedules, photos and weekly updates, selections and approvals, documents, and direct messaging with the Ella Lee team. Existing clients can log in from our Client Portal page.
Every home includes a thorough final walkthrough and punch-list process, and one-year and two-year warranty coverage. We’re available long after move-in day.
Current and past clients can submit a request through the client portal or from our Warranty page. Describe the issue and send a photo if you can. It helps us understand the problem before we come out.
