Building someone a home is a long relationship conducted largely on trust. These are the standards we hold ourselves to, and what you can hold us to.
With our clients
- Straight answers. We tell you what we know, including when the news is inconvenient. You hear about a problem from us, early, not from a surprise on an invoice.
- Cost-plus. We build on a cost-plus basis, and you can follow where your project stands, and what it costs, in your Buildertrend client portal.
- The people you met. The team you choose in month one is the team beside you at move-in and on warranty calls.
- Your decisions. It is your home. We bring judgment and recommendations; we do not make consequential choices on your behalf without asking.
With our trade partners
- We pay on the terms we agreed, on time.
- We plan and sequence work so crews are not asked to absorb someone else’s delay.
- We expect properly licensed and insured trades, and we hold subcontractors to this same code.
- We do not tolerate harassment or discrimination on our sites, from anyone, in any direction.
On the jobsite
- Safety first. Nobody is asked to work in conditions they judge unsafe, and anyone may stop work over a safety concern without repercussion.
- Good neighbors. We keep to permitted working hours, control dust and debris, keep the street clear and clean, and answer neighbors directly when they raise something.
- Respect for the home. On occupied properties, we protect what is already there and leave the space clean each day.
Licensing and compliance
Ella Lee Homes is a licensed Arizona contractor, ROC KB2-333410. We build to code and cooperate fully with inspectors and with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
Raising a concern
If we fall short of any of this, we want to hear it while it can still be fixed. Contact hello@ellaleehomes.com or call (480) 340-8700 and ask for the project lead. Concerns are taken seriously and are not held against the person who raises them.
