Before we break ground, we sit down with you, review the lot, and work with your architect so everyone knows the scope, the cost-plus approach, and the schedule before construction begins.

Ella Lee Homes builds on a cost-plus basis: you pay the actual cost of the work plus an agreed builder’s fee. Our clients follow photos, updates, timelines, and costs through their dedicated Buildertrend client portal, from the first day of construction to move-in.
